When the journalist from Realtor.com, Erik Gunther called yesterday to interview me for his REALTOR.com article of This Week’s Hottest Listings, he asked “What makes this property so searched? Why do you think thousands of people are looking at it this week?” I responded with “My only explanation is GOD and the fact that this property is UBER-Fantastic.” Sometimes I want to pinch myself, so I just look up the sky and say “Thank you, God. You are awesome”. In this case, I also have to give posthumous credit to the designer and owner. His forethought and love of nature, created an estate of scenic beauty and serenity.
